Wiimote + LEGO NXT Car + C#

Reader Jon Edmiston recently posted about a C# app he wrote that allows the Wiimote to control an NXT Car via Bluetooth. What's really interesting is how he uses libraries for different kinds of robots - read more about that and the entire project at his blog. There's even a video on there.
